About Us
James was born and raised in Renfrew County. He is serving the Ottawa Valley as a certified home inspector and follows InterNACHI’s standard of practice as a member with his CPI designation. He also has a 2 years business studies background at Algonquin College. James has worked on homes for over 30 years. He also has training in First Aid, WHMIS and working at heights.
His goal is for the homeowner or potential new buyer to fully understand the condition of the property in question. As a home inspector, his objective is to inspect a home’s HVAC system, interior plumbing, electrical systems, roof, attic, floors and windows, foundation, basement and structural components. After the findings, a detailed report including colour photos is provided and typically completed in 24 hours. What sets James aside from other home inspectors is he provides information required for insurance companies to take the ease from the homeowner
